I have lived in the Michigan area all of my life, and have seen the good times and the bad times. Over the past few years, it seems like we have seen more of the latter of the two. A passion of mine has always been to help people, so with The Baskets of Hope, I am able to do so. As the president of BOH, I am dedicated to help as many families as we possibly can. I have been blessed to be presented with a great group of individuals that make up the board of directors and committee, that have the same passion as me. So please help BOH in this great effort to make a difference in the lives that really need it. Thank you and God bless.

Born one of nine children I know the struggles of parents trying to keep food on the table and providing all of the necessities of raising children. My parents did a great job providing for us and I have made a decision to do all I can to help as many families as possible to enable the children of these families to have at least a few good meals during the holidays. I want to make families experience the positive memories that I have enjoyed and can make this dream come true through the efforts of The Baskets of Hope. Please help BOH make a difference in the lives of young children by your generous donation.

I didn't come from a financially wealthy family but I was fortunate enough to be raised by two loving and inspirational parents that molded me into the person that I have become today. My parents were always there for me and together we created lasting memories like spending hours patiently teaching me how to tell the time, the best Christmas's any child could wish for, pushing me to go to college when I wanted to drive a truck and supporting me when I decided to relocate to Detroit for "3 years" back in 1994. Because of this in 2008 I finally accomplished a dream and started my own engineering company that has steadily grown through the support of good friend's old and new. The Baskets of Hope has become an important part of my everyday life as it allows me to give back to a community that is desperately in need of support and I hope inspire others to get involved with this rewarding effort.
